After three years of excess work, the time has come to focus more of my attention on my family—and my home. Benign neglect can be a good thing, but there’s a limit. The washing machine incident (see previous post) was my cue that a little household management is in order—as well as some freshening and repairs. I’ve never been to Dharamsala and I’ve never met the Dalai Lama, but my sister-in-law Asha has.
